Francina Price Pace is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Champions IFM, Inc., a full service Project Management and Facilities Services Company dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative solutions for all its clients. Since starting her company in 2007, she has become well-known in the Program and Project Management community; where Francina has created key collaborative partnerships to leverage the brand. Because CIFM is a virtual company; the brand has been effective in establishing key clients and projects in home base Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC, and Huntsville, AL with other projects underway. Our goal is to continue to expand within the current markets and beyond.

With over 16 years of comprehensive experience, Francina has led the charge in negotiating, partnership agreements and strategic marketing to win several significant accounts. Francina continues to work to identify opportunities to expand the brand and its revenue growth. With her key business partnerships, she has earned a reputation for providing excellent service and is given repeat business and referrals. Her work ethic is exceptional; her ability to be detail oriented while focusing on the big pictures allows her to be a strategic player. She is a hands-on service provider, demonstrating her excellence through her ongoing success in managing planning and construction projects, disaster and emergency planning readiness along with a number of other facility projects; ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. She is known as the queen of documentation.

Francina sits on the board of several nonprofit organizations and serves with various business associations. She holds a Master in Business Administration with Keller Graduate School of Management and Bachelor in Business Management with Shorter College, GA.
