Led by CIFM’s Founder and Project Manager Francina Price, the team consisted of well-respected consultants, engineers and vendors who provided ABC Company with a new office that visually communicated the ABC Brand.
Utilizing interior design/ space planners and marketing consultants, workplace strategies were used to design for healthy living & working, Individual and collaborative areas were planned to address the various cultures, learning and working styles of ABC’s employees, thus maximizing productivity.
Being the single source to ABC, CIFM was able to effectively and effciently handle the logistics for the project delivery including design and construction, audio/visual, arrangement of existing furniture, new furniture acquisition, and executed a move management plan that stayed within budget. Due to precise and extremely detailed planning, the relocation of the 100+ staff , their technology and furniture was phased over a three-day period.
